There are three stages of anxiety called alarm stage, resistance stage and exhaustion stage. The next is the resistance stage; stress has already engulfed you. You are now trying hard to cope up with it and fulfill your target. This continuous effort will make you tired both mentally and physically. The person will show signs of mental instability and will be physically tired. The last one is exhaustion stage, in which the person turn helpless and feels thoroughly defeated. The person may be suffering from severe mental depression and have chance to even commit suicide. Such persons require expert medical attention immediately.
